Today, I had the pleasure of photographing this tiny beauty!

Anyone recognize her? It’s little London, the very first baby that I photographed the birth for! This sweet family will always hold a place near and dear to my heart for allowing me to use them as “guinea pigs” for my birth photography. AND, get this – they are first time parents! They understand so much more than most first timers, they could foresee that one day they wouldn’t really remember their hospital experience! Because you don’t.
I’ll get on that soapbox a different time.
Back to the pictures, because these two are obviously smitten with their baby girl.

And I think she might be catching on. =)
But, who wouldn’t be smitten over this gorgeousness?!?

This location was a last minute decision for these photos, but I was thrilled to find out that these two first met at a restaurant just around the corner! While we no longer had great light when we walked past it, a few shots were necessary!

I hope you enjoy your peek, H family! There will be much more headed your way soon. Thank you for such a fun morning!

Claire…

How fun for us as grandparents. We were so impressed with your pictures of the birth. It is such a momentous time. Nice to have pictures to memorialize it for others and the child as well as the parents. Thanks!!!
Melissa & Matt, Thanks for sharing your pictures of London, my newest grand niece. She is a doll. Even though I live far away, I am hoping I can still be part of her life as I was in yours when you were growing up. Love, Aunt Claud
Great picture Mat & Melissa. Wonderful to have both of you here.

Hope you’re loving the 5D!! Looks like the images are speaking for themselves though.. gorgeous!
Thanks, Nick! The 5D is amazing, and it has taught me so much! =) Hope you are doing well!
